Fishin', Golfin', Relaxin' - Birchwood, WI

From Sunday, July 6th thru Friday, July 11th we were over in Birchwood, Wisconsin at the Schultze Lot. Matt and Bro Ben had good times fishing and golfing and Mom S. and I relaxed, read, and did some shopping in the little town of Birchwood.

We celebrated Matt's birthday again with some additional presents and a DQ ice cream cake, which was a real treat. Happy Birthday, Matty - I love you!

Thanks to Mom, Dad, and Ben for sharing the time with us out in the woods. It was a very nice and relaxing week filled with good food and fun stuff to do.

OUR BRUSH WITH SOMEONE FAMOUS: Shelia and I had lunch at the Tag-a-Long Golf Course one afternoon and while sitting outside on the beautiful patio, some scruffy guy and 2 other guys come rolling by in a golf cart. I noticed one of the guys because he was not dressed for golfing, but instead had on a sleeveless shirt (sometimes referred to as a wife-beater shirt) with NEBRASKA across the front, torn shorts, flip flops, and a cigar hanging out of his mouth.
